Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking pages, services, and communication with LCA Beauty Spa. By booking an appointment, submitting your information, or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Appointment Bookings

When booking an appointment through our website or booking system:

You must provide accurate and complete personal information.

You agree to receive email and SMS notifications regarding your appointment.

A partial deposit is required to secure all lash and brow appointments.

Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is successfully processed.

2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are applied toward the final balance of your service.

Deposits may be transferable only if appointments are rescheduled within the allowed time frame (see Section 3).

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

To respect the time of our esthetician and other clients:

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments rescheduled within the allowed window may transfer the deposit to the new date.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

No-call/no-show clients will lose their deposit and may be required to pay an additional fee to rebook.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or canceled depending on schedule availability.

If the appointment is canceled due to lateness, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

5. Service Policies

By booking a service with LCA Beauty Spa, you acknowledge that:

Results may vary depending on natural lash growth, aftercare, and individual features.

You must follow proper aftercare instructions to ensure the best retention and outcomes.

LCA Beauty Spa reserves the right to refuse service for hygiene concerns, inappropriate behavior, or safety reasons.

6. Payments

Deposits are paid online at the time of booking.

Remaining balances must be paid at the time of service.

We accept approved payment methods displayed in the booking system.

7. Refunds

All services, deposits, and bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue.

Refunds are not provided for retention issues caused by improper aftercare.

8. Health & Safety

For your safety and ours:

Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns before your appointment.

If you arrive with infections, irritations, or conditions that make the service unsafe, the appointment may be stopped and the deposit forfeited.

We use professional-grade products and sanitize all tools and equipment following state guidelines.

9. Photography & Media

With your permission:

LCA Beauty Spa may take before/after photos for documentation or marketing purposes.

You may decline photography at any time.

Your privacy is always respected.

10. Communications & Marketing

By booking or submitting your information, you consent to receive:

Appointment confirmations

SMS reminders

Follow-up messages

Optional promotional emails or texts

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

11. Use of Website & Booking System

You agree not to:

Use our website or booking system for unlawful purposes

Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform

Use false information when booking

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse or violations.

12. Changes to Terms

LCA Beauty Spa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
